Thanks for the credit.
First it seems to m...Paul,

Thanks for the credit.

First it seems to me that we are splitting irrelevant hairs with regard as to who (state or pharmacies) as to whom files the suit to seek protection.

Secondly I thought that last year's episode with Dr. Jasper and his Woodlands Compounding Pharmacy would have made a perfect reason or example for the rest of the compounding pharmacies not to do any future business with TDCJ. Obviously some of these people may have a learning disability or just plain ignorance which further defies our own logic and questions their qualifications to practice pharmacy or even play with legos.

Third how does the state get to violate its own Public Information Act? There is no national security threat to justify classification nor is there an witness in a case to protect.

If indeed they are allowed to keep such a secret how do we know that torture or medical experiments are not being conducted on these inmates. For all we know what is being pumped into them may be rat poison, arsenic, anthrax, motor oil, Koolaid, swamp fungus, or even some ninja turtle mutagen. We would be fools to merely take the word of the state and believe that our government has never lied to or deceived its citizens.Leenoreply@blogger.com
