On the way to the Fort Bend County courthouse
Took this shot with my camera phone driving up 8th Street in Richmond, Texas on my way to the Fort Bend County courthouse this morning. Apparently there's no leash law for chickens in Richmond.
I get ticketed for failure to show valid insurance and sporting an old car inspection sticker and you photograph poultry roaming in public while operating a motor vehicle and there is no need for a ticket in either situation? Where is the justice?
