ReplyDeleteOn May 2, 2001, Pearle left her daughters with Battaglia for a planned dinner, but he instead took them into his apartment.[3] Battaglia murdered his daughters at his loft apartment in Deep Ellum in Dallas.[7] He called Pearle, and the murders took place during the phone call. During the phone call he asked Faith to ask Pearle, "Why do you want Daddy to go to jail?" Before her death she cried, "No, Daddy, please don't, don't do it." She was shot three times and Liberty five times.[1] He told Pearle "Merry Fucking Christmas".[8] Pearle terminated the call and dialed 9-1-1.[1]
Fuck this guy. They were little kids, What is wrong with you, defending this kind of behavior?
There is a difference between defending what someone did and arguing against the death penalty. I understand that it is a difference that not everyone has the intellectual capacity to understand.
ReplyDeleteApparently you fall into that category. There is nowhere in the post that I defended anything that he did.
Mr. Edge,
ReplyDeletePaul is not advocating that this guy be released or condoning his crime. We simply want the guilty to face due process of justice (approperate punishment being permanent incarceration) as opposed to revenge (which makes us all complicit in premeditated murder).
